CROWDS PACK INTO KAOHSIUNG MAIN STADIUM TO WITNESS THRILLING ULTIMATE
Six countries were chosen by WFDF based on results from the 2008 WFDF World Ultimate Championships. Each selected top athletes from the men's, women's, and mixed divisions to form all-star national teams.
As usual, games will be played 7-on-7. However, due to a severe roster limit at the World Games of 13 players per team, play is fixed at 4 men and 3 women per team at all times. Normally, mixed play with 4 women and 3 men per team is also possible.
Player substitutions may be made between points or in case of injury.
The Ultimate competition at the 2009 World Games runs for three days from July 19 - July 21.
